Could this be the first ever winner of an official right-hand Ford Mustang GT?

Well, we aren’t exactly sure. But the enthusiasm shown by Paul Godrey, the lucky 24-year-old who won the car, definitely captures the appeal of the Mustang abroad.

Paul won the Mustang in a Dream Car Competition sponsored by the U.K.-based company, Best of the Best (BOTB), as highlighted in a Car Throttle report. Since 1999, the company has given away £20 million (roughly $26 million USD) in prizes. The company claims to award someone every week with their Dream Car, so perhaps Godrey isn’t the first winner to dream of a Mustang.

Godrey was actually at work loading pallets when Christian Williams from BOTB showed up to surprise him with the Mustang. To say that Godrey was excited is putting it lightly, as you can see from the video clip below.

Apparently, BOTB provides its Dream Car winners with a year of paid insurance too, which is probably worth a few extra fist pumps as well.
