Anything with ammonia will f' up your tint (or any other plastics). You should use something formulated for vehicles that says "safe for tint" on the packaging.

Invisble Glass works the best out of anything ive tried just make sure your windshield is completely dry and spray it on.... i use paper towels use one to wipe of the excess then use the other to work out all the streaks...

I hope your not drying it when the windshield is warm or in the sunlight? Because if thats the case, everything will leave streaks because it bakes on before it can evaporate.
