does that fit on the sides of the trunk? (so you could still fold the seats down and use that space)? One of the things I miss most about my old car is the subs, and I've thought about it many times to put some in the mustang, but most of the ones that fit on the sides of the trunk(shaker 1000 and MTX) are super weak and not worth the money. At the same time I need the extra space with the seats folded down, you should make your own custom box and put something nice in it.

+1, I'm 17 now but I was 16 when I built my first box. There are lots of books you can get from your library or you can find thousands of tutorials online.

This box will fit across the back of your trunk. You will loose about half of your trunk space. What I did with my car is bought an Infinity Bass Link II. It is a single 10" sub and a 250 watt amp built in. It fits between the rear wheel-well and the back of the trunk. So you would loose very little space. The sound is amazing, especially if you enjoy rock, jazz, and classical. If you want thump and boom, this is not for you. It can handle thump and boom of hip hop and R and B, but it will not rattle your windows. You can check it out here:

I hope this information is usefull.

Here is one that includes an MTX box, MTX sub, and a 200 watt amp:

You can find these boxes on ebay as well.
