Default How to get a dent out, please help

Well i have a satin silver 06 stang GT, as it was parked in my garage a few monthes ago, a 8 foot plastic table fell on my front drivers side quarterpanel, and of coarse the dent is RIGHT on the seam...what can i do to fix it? thats not gonna cost me an arm and a leg, i dont have much money to invest at the moment. I just bought new tires for it and that drained me. Anyone with advice please help! i was quoted 400-$500 to fix (ouch)

If the paint isn't broken any good paintless dent removal guy can help you. Do a PDR search and see who is local. They usually get $75-$125 to remove dents in 1 panel. There great.
