ahh the only way i'm doing it is if they are LED, my brother has LED ones on his BMW 3 series, and they are literally brighter than most headlights...they are Orion V2s from Umnitza

I'm a bit more interested in the tinted part. How do they look in the day? Does it almost look like the lens is tinted? I really want the tinted lens look without the legal hassles.

Do cops really get mad about that stuff in other states? cuz in kansas and missouri, i have never had an issue, i've been pulled over a few times for sound, no tickets (knock on wood) but the cops haven't said anything about tint on my car? maybe they just like the way it looks and they let it be here. lol

They do around the St.Louis area. I grew up there and had some friends with under glow, neon lights in their cars, ricey stuff like that. They got pulled over quite a bit. The ones that had red or blue usually got pretty hefty tickets. One almost got arrested for impersonating a cop, but that is a long story lol. Oh, they also don't like if you yell at other cars over a PA system when your in a white car. Thats another way to almost get arrested for impersonating a cop.

It depends on the area. In the city (Philly) you can get away with a lot more because they have other things to worry about, from what I've seen. But when you get into the suburbs, they get more strict. My old roommate had his Mazdaspeed 6 with daark tint, including the tails and always was getting tickets. That's why I'm hesitant tinting mine. It also depends on how/what you drive.
