the good and bad of ground effects ?
ok i picked up the 007 i was looking at it needs a bit of love it had a ruff 18000 miles and i need to replace the front and rear bumpers so i figure if i am going to repaint the whole car i will change out the bumpers.. the front is ripped the rear has two small dents on it so i am spending the coin to replace them .. the question is who makes the best kit..for the buck and who to stay away from .. this car will sit all winter i have 5 other cars to play in the snow with .. i live in michigan so ground hugger bumpers dont last long here !!
i plan on adding a hood scoop and side window louvers too. it is fast black now and will be repainted fast black with gray ish silver stripes foged in too the kind that will not stand out but as you walk up to it they will flow out to ya my best friend is an painter so there is no cost to paint it but the paint supplies ..

dont get thhe Razzi kit then I drag all the time even though im careful to try to avoid it. Not so much in the front or back but the rocker panels sit real low I cringe everytime I hear it drag luckily its on th bottom where you cant see it.

Hey bud, a few good popular kits are roush and carvini. Not sure about ground clearance but carvini looks like it sits lower. Both kits look cool but are very different. Another way to go is to go for the gt500 look. But that is much more expensive. Checkout the roush and carvini site im sure the have posted ground clearances. I live right across the border in windsor our streets are even worse

Yep, Roush, Cervini, the gt500 conversion, GT/CS conversion, StreetScene, all are very popular body kits.
MrBodyKit.com is a popular aftermarket site, but I don't know anyone who has dealt with them before.

forgot about the gtcs my fav is the gt500, but other then that the gtcs with an aftermarket trufiber venom hood is AMAZING. make sure u get the hood that lines up with the gt front end as the gt500 front end is different

He's looking for GROUND effects.
He said he was just adding a hood scoop. Not a hood.
Hehehe.
MadStang pretty much covered the most popular ground kits.
IF he WAS getting a hood my fav has always been the Shelby CS6 hood!
