Default GT stock grille warped, how to fix?

So I bought a stock GT grille on rockauto.com because I was installing a GT takeoff bumper on my V6 and I didn't realize until I already put it on that the bottom of the grille that sticks out is warped! I was thinking that some 3M adhesive tape could work, but it takes some force to push down the warped plastic, so I don't know if it would stick.
I also tried to heat up the plastic and hold it down for a while, but that didn't work either.
Do you guys have any ideas on how to fix this?
Or should I buy a new grille? Unfortunately I would have to buy a new pony emblem as well, unless I bought an aftermarket grille.
Thanks!
Here's a picture of the warping:

Get a cloth and lay it inside the grill.
Fill it with sand until it will force the warping
out. Heat up the grill uniformly from the center
out and keep adding sand until the edge is
pushed out and uniform. Let cool completely
and remove the sand and cloth.

thats a good idea to try. all the oem grills warp a little in the sun, usually just a little on each bottom side, but then lay back flat, but ive never seen one that bad. wow, thats extreme for sure. is that sitting in the sun or like that all the time?

Well I bought it brand new, and it arrived all warped like that, but unfortunately I didn't notice until I put it on my car! I even bought a lower oem grille and it was very warped as well (maybe that says something about the website I bought it from...) So it's difficult to return at this point because I don't have a spare grille to use in the mean time. I'm going to try the sand technique, and if that doesn't work I'll just buy a used grille that looks like it's in good condition.

Find a car lot with the same year and model and poor security. Swing by on Sunday with your tools and swap it out.

Im kiddin'. That really sucks man!

Besides that, you have a great lookin ride!

I have this same problem with my Grille. The original on my car was fine, but I got in a wreck and after a while, the replacement did the same thing. I don't know if Ford changed the specs on the plastic they were making these out of, or what... but it's annoying as hell.

I'd still return it... Its not going to kill your car to ride around without a grille for a few days...

Well since I bought the grille for 45 bucks, return shipping would cost almost as much as the grille itself! Also it's past the return date.
So I foolishly bought a grille on eBay that was "brand new" and arrived with dents, scratches, and lightly covered in some purple spray paint..no warping though.
The funny thing is, I bet nobody ever notices problems with my grille, but I certainly notice haha
