Thanks for the compliments. Good luck on your build. It will be worth it in the end.

I think it would look awesome. 69 my fav. stang ever. Just a thought, more experts on here than me but I saw a lot of guys using the Plastic dip stuff for stripes and such and thought it would be a great Idea for mock up to see how you like it and if not easy removal.if looks good then go paint. there was a guy that even verified he did stripes for 2 years with no fading missmatched original paint after removal. but anyway great looking car and good luck. hope you post pics when done. my buddy in the mid 80's had a pretty bad *** 69 429 4-speed almost the same blue as yours. oh the days.

You are absolutely reading my mind! I bought a can of black and a can of gun-metal gray yesterday. I need to order a couple cans of the Metalizer for my wheels and emblems, but for a test run, that's my plan.

If you're just doing the scoop you could rattle can it. I love the idea. I've been trying to take mine that way too. Get the Agent 47 sideview mirrors too. That really adds to the look. I love them. (They aren't on my sig pic.)
