Default Roush bumper, Mickey Thompson Sport Comp wheels, dropped etc...

I have been really busy with the mods since February.

1. I scored some Ford Racing P springs (1 inch drop) for $100 so I bought them. Man why did I wait 4.5 years to drop my car...... I love it. Looks and rides so much better.

2. A buddy of mine offered to buy my wheels off my car. I said yes, and ordered up some Mickey Thompson Sport Comps wheels with Nitto 255 up front and some 555R 305s in back. They are wide and slightly taller. These will be my daily driver wheels which is why I went with them. Yes I know your high HP guys say they dont hook up. I am only running 430 rwhp so they will be fine. Since I sold my old wheels I feel like I got these for half price.....me likey!

3. Been working at AMs chat room since November and scored this Roush bumper with my points ie free. Just had to pay for paint. It was painted perfect. Install was quite simple with a buddy helping. I have always wanted this bumper kit but would never pay that much for it....I'm cheap.

4. Gen 5 tail lights. Another chat room score. God I love my job, remember I am cheap....

5. Borla S types axlebacks. Have always wanted them but...you know me....cheap SOB. Found this on amazon.com for $370 shipped. The claimed they were used but new. Box had been openned before but they had never been installed and were scratch free ie perfect. I freaking love the tone. Borla FTW. I have had at least 6 different axlebacks. These by far are the best.

6. Raptor Dual Stage Shiftlight. I bracket race against a pro tree. I have to leave at 1500 rpms (auto trans) and no less or my light RT wont be in the .5 range and I will lose the race. This light has a launch mode, so I programmed it to come on at 1500. This should make me more consistant with my reaction times. I am stoked. Paid full price, but its totally worth it. SOS gauge pod has a mounting claw for it. Simple install if you dont mind cutting into your ecm harness. LOL

Next......dont like the faux gas cap with the Gen 5 lights, so I am gonna get the gas cap delete blackout panel. Also gonna get some tint covers for my Eleanor fogs. I dont like all those lights up front....blacking out the center ones will look way better IMO.
Feels like I have a new car now. I walk into my garage and see that Roush bumper and go "wheres my car".....just am not use to it yet, but I absolutely love it.

The car looks great, 808. The Roush bumper really sets off the silver.

I totally agree. The 05-09 front ends are starting to look dated with all the new 5.0's on the road. This kinda sets me apart. I really like it.

LOL 808 wow...I sent u a PM earlier about getting a 1" drop then I found this thread and those are the exact same springs I am looking at getting! It looks amazing with just a 1" drop!! what size wheels u got 18s? they fill the gap so perfectly i cant believe its just 1 inch!

Let me know if you get a youtube vid of that borla exhaust, I'd like to hear it!

Cars looking really awesome dude

when u lowered teh car with the 1" springs, did you have to get camber bolts or paltes or a panhard bar?

or could i just get away with the springs and an alignment considering its just a 1" drop and i only got like 30k miles on my ride. If so, I'm dropping my ride next paycheck something i have been putting off for MONTHS.

Hey Razor I replied to your PM. Yes these are only 18s but the rear tire is slightly taller than your normal tires. Its 305 wide and 27.7 tall. Most 275-285 tires are an inch shorter.

Your good to go bro......stay away from the potholes and potheads .....haha! Another great Razor line. Lol

Thanks Charleybrown, hey how did you wire your fogs up? Do both sets work? I just unplugged my center fogs and plugged them into the new Roush fogs. Am thinking about using the wiring harness that came with the bumper to wire up the centers, just am not sure yet.
Are you lowered at all? Am curious how low that Roush chin spoiler sits.

Wow, looks great! The wheels especially tie the front to the rest of the car.

If I were you I'd delete the fog lights all together.

I've wanted a Roush bumper ever since I got my car. I have seen one Roush in the past 3 years I've owned my car. It definitely sets you apart from the rest.

Seeing yours, 808, makes me want it even more. It looks awesome!

Let's hear some clips of the new exhaust when you can. I agree, Borla is one of the best there is, IMO!
