I could care less for the looks, but I can't wait to see what ford drops for a powerplant. Hopefully something with a bottom end that can stand 500 hp or better.

From what I can tell, it's exactly the same as the s197 except for what's under the cover, i.e. the front facia.

From what I can tell from those picture, the front end looks way too round and girly, and the back looks the same as current. To me, a fast car is worthless if its ugly as sin. Which is why I dont give a flip about most all imports. Id prefer a good looking, semi fast car as a platform to a superfast, out of the box, fugly car... but thats just me.

Lots of hype and probably will never look like the spy pics anyway....concepts are great but unrealistic as they need to be made by the tooling of the line that they come off of. This is why every year in July there is a shutdown of most plants to re-tool the line for the next model year and any changes to that model. i.e. 04 to05 mustang year

I like what Italian designer Giugiaro made for the auto show. It still has the Mustang influence with an Italian charm. Will I jump and trade my new '07 for it.....probably not.
