Help with NC inspection
So , had a o2 sensor not ready, o2 sensor heater not ready, and a catalyst not ready on my first inspection. Talked the shop that did my tune and found out the rear o2 sensors were off.
Drive to the shop had them turn on the sensors, drove 50 miles on car and went back to inspection. Came up with catalyst not ready and evap not ready. Did i drive it enough for a drive cycle, and should I have let it sit a day before being inspection. Any ideas or thoughts on what might be the issue are welcome.
Mods are in my signature.

you need to complete what's called a DRIVE CYCLE.
There's the short way to do it in a matter of about an hour, or the long way which can take a few days and up to 100 miles to complete (normal daily driving).
Halfway down the page, OBDII Drive Cycle
http://www.aa1car.com/library/us796obd.htm
The reason is, that depending on your driving habits you may or may not hit all of the requirements to run all the diagnostics.
The site reflects a simplified one that is common to all cars. However, Ford, GM, Honda etc also have their own requirements. Dig a little more on google under Ford OBDII Drive Cycle to find the specifics.
Edit: If you have a hand held like a SCT or Predator you should be able to look up OBDII Readiness or I/M Monitor readiness. It will tell you which sensors are still not ready and will flag you at the inspection.

The drive cycle has to done absolutely perfectly or it doesn't work. I went through this last year. Took me over 800 miles to get all monitors to go ready.
Whatever you do, do not unhook the battery or reload a tune while trying to get the monitors to go ready - that will start the whole process all over again.
Here's a link for the cycle:
