it depends on the "basic part" list that you have....you could have everything you need or be missing an item..

I have my car in the shop right now getting the GT500 front end installed. My body guy is wondering if the stock wiring harness (7R3Z-14290-EA, 1, Wiring harness (You can cut and splice for much cheaper) can be installed directly or if it has to be modified to make it work?

Ok, the stock GT fog light harness "can" be modified. All you need to do is have them cut the end plugs off and then exstend the wire down to the where the GT500 fog light mount. They can then just simply use "Female spade connectors" the ones you use to plug in speakers with and use a size that will fit the two spades on the back of the GT500 Fog lights and your done. They look like these:

I cut my old fog light harnessess off and sold them with the front bumper. I then extended them directly to the wiring harness for the new GT500 fog light and hard wired everything.

i was going about to do what cutter said above and cut the ends off of the factory gt fog light connectors, splice some 12 gauge wire then connect the gt500 fogs with spade connectors. But i decided i wanted to do something cleaner so i ordered gt fog light pigtails and ordered the gt500 wiring harness. I soddered the pigtails to the gt500 wiring harness and boom i had my own gt500 conversion wiring harness. Cost me $11 for the pigtails and $60 for the gt500 wiring harness.

Can get the pigtails here
