CDC Classic Chin Spoiler install
Last year, when I was planning on getting this CDC Classic, I couldn't find any install photos, especially on how it gets attached to the front lip. So for anyone curious on how this spoiler get's attached to the front, here's a short 'How-To' on how it goes on.
This install is relatively simple, only a short Phillips screwdriver is needed.
Stock reference pic.
Here’s the spoiler all painted and ready to install.
Wipe down the contact area with some isopropyl alcohol. This is where the double side tape that’s on the spoiler will contact the lower fascia lip.
Note: My 3M bonding tape came already attached to the spoiler (ready to install).
Remove the 2 Phillips head screws from the wheel well liner to front fascia.
* Pic is for reference location of screws only.
* I turned the wheel al the way to one side to make access easier.
Position the CDC spoiler on one side (I did the Drivers side) and use the factory screws to fasten the spoiler as shown.
* Passenger side shown for reference.
Carefully position the front part of the spoiler into position and peel back the 3M backing several inches from the passenger side (or opposite end to side you fastened).
The center section of the CDC spoiler will clip over the center fascia lip. Don’t press down the exposed section of the 3M tape yet (on the spoiler).
Once the passenger side of the spoiler is ‘pulled’ over into position, install the 2 Phillips screws.
Now, slowly start to peel away the remainder of the 3M backing.
The center section can now be pressed down to mate with the fascia lip.
Lastly, press in the 2 push-pin fasteners up into the spoiler.
Warning! After installation of thisspoiler, your front end will be lower. Forget about what you heard or read about the front ground clearance not changing, it will be lower by 2 1/2 inches.
Install complete!

Very nice and great pics. Unless you are a bit crazy, CDC Classic is the way to go over CDC Agressive. ...gotta go, meeting with my shrink in a few mins.
