Posi on the '05 GT?????
My old man went to the Ford dealer the other day to order a '05 GT convertible and couldn't get a straight answer about the new mustang having some kind of posi or limited slip in the rear axle. Apperantly the GT's come standard with traction control, but no one can tell us about the posi. No one can tell us if it's standard, an option, or even if it's available. What do you guys know?

roboha,
Thanks for the reply. How did you find out that the rear end has limited slip? The dealers are useless. All they can quote are things out of the brochure and since the brochure doesn't state if the limited slip is standard or option, they don't know either.

Thanks for info.
One more question for you gear heads and then I'll leave you sports car guys alone.
I'm running out of performance mods to do to my truck. I'm starting to think that I'm done with it and it's as good as it's going to be. It's been over a year since I've had my truck tuned and I need to get that done and dyno'd, but I want to put one more mod on it before I have that done. A local speed shop told me of a local company that offers custom mass air flow sensors that are made to my specific set up of my vehicle. I'm kind of skeptical on the idea, but I don't know what else to try. I won't go the nitrous route and I refuse to do put anything on that I won't notice a considerable improvement. 10-20 hp and tq aren't going to make a difference on a 6,000-7,000lb truck. My current mods are listed in my signature and I'm curious what you guys would try. Thanks.
