i agree with ya leave it black how it is, it looks mean with the red interior, by the way, that amp is killer i has the same one they are indestructable. i had it in my jeep with no roof or doors going through mud and water all voer it still worked liek new after being beat on

The sub and amp were installed at Best Buy. Pretty sure they tapped into the rear speaker wires for the sub. The Amp is wired seperately from the Shaker system - fused line to the battery, comes on with ignition switch. Still have full use of all Shaker speakers. Sounds great!

Just waiting for my "B" version Shaker 500 head unit. Looks like it will be a week or more before the dealership can get one.
