Default T-Lok Differential for V6

I was flipping through the V6 Mustang Stuff website, when I saw this...

Ford Racing T-Lok Differential for 2005 Mustang V6

Most V6 Mustangs with the 7.5 inch rear end never came stock with a T-lok (limited slip differential) which allows both wheels to have power to the ground. Usually only one wheel, the right-rear wheel has the power. Upgrading to a T-lok is one of the best modifications you could ever do.
Has anyone else said anything about this already (I ran a search and I didn't see anything specifically for the 05 Mustang)? Does anyone know if this is really a great modification?

Here's the link, it's at the bottom of the page: http://www.v6mustangstuff.com/05Drivetrain.htm

It is my understanding that you get the T-Loc only in the TCS option (traction control system) on a V6 05 car.

I have the manual tranny - so you're saying that I don't have the T-Lok? Are you suggesting that us manual owners should do this "upgrade"?
