kenne bell 2.8, 4:10's, one piece drive shaft (for strength) forged rods, piston, crank, ported heads, M/T ET streets. its possible that you would walk away quickly with this setup.
but for the price or all these mods versus the price of a new Z06 i think the mustang is a better deal. but it is a lot of work.

I had a 3LT 2006 C6 ( ya know the 400 HP version) and it was FAST!!!! But I have more Fun in the GT than I did in the Vette. Plus it will go in and out of my driveway much better.

This is a more accurate 0-1XX on the Z06 Vette.
The first one was on a dyno or something. It just didn't look real.

Well you'll have to have just about every bolt-on to your motor --- force induction --- forged internals --- 1 piece aluminum DS. That should def get you there... You're going to pretty much need over 500 RWHP to compete... they have high HP and are light as **** (roughly 400 lbs lighter then a GT)

is that the same engine in the 2000 vette?? a buddy of mine at work has a 2000 black one with full exhaust and a 6 speed manual and he only beats me by 1/2-3/4 of a car every time. if i had drag radials i could probably walk him pretty good because 1st and 2nd are pretty much traction-less on the streets here in sin city.

you think its possible with supercharged at 550hp with torque arm, double a arm coil overs, one piece drive shaft, watts link, sway bars, 3.73, 305 or 315 on 20" rims, 6 speed transmission w/ twin disk clutch, k member, and exhaust?? I'm thinking that that setup could out handle it. not sure on 0-60 and 1/4 mile though
