What are the correct offsets for an 18x10 with a 315/30R18? In the pictures above it looks like the first car fits just right where the GT500 still sticks out (even with a bit of PH bar correction?).

Well first 315s are recommended for 10.5" minimum rim, but I have seen others do it.

I'm definitely no expert on this stuff, but I'd say anywhere in the 45mm range and you'd be good.

Yeah, I think I'll stick with the 295/35R18s instead. As much as I'd like to have the 0.8 inches more rubber on the pavement.... Going with the BFG Drag Radials for the summer and those are the two choices at the upper end.

Keep looking for a way to cheat but there really isn't one.

My rear wheels are 20x10...I gotta check those Perelli's out to see if they would fit...anyone know?

Lota talk about the rears, but why on earth would anyone put 275's on the front? That's ridiculous.

315s can work. Mine stick out just under 1/2 inch because offset was a mistake. I would much rather flush.
