Default Roush springs

Anyone installed Roush front AND rear springs? I have the rears, but I'm considering the front also. I don't want it to drop a lot. I'd like to see some pics if anyone has them. Thanks.

Yep, just had the fronts done. First i went Steeda Sports, then changed the rears to Roush, liked them so much i changed the fronts too. The front sits 1/4" higher than with the Steeda's, but again, it may settle. From bottom of front fenderlip to ground it was 27 1/2" with the Steedas, now it's 27 3/4". I don;t have any pics yet but these are with the Steeda's

Sharp stang! I like your rims. So what size tires are they?

Currently my front measurement is 28.25". I have a legend chin-spoiler/air-splitter, and I'm concerned about dropping it too low.

Money is also an issue. I'm feeling a little guilty about spending this much money on myself at Christmas...I just ordered rims, TPMS brackets, and tires will be ordered to go with the rims. Then there's the mounting/balancing fees. The springs are fairly cheap, but I think I'd like to get the struts done at the same time. Decisions, decisions.....

If you've been a good boy, then you shouldn't feel guilty.

Hahaha! I've been good!

Here's my list of wants/needs:

1. Rims/Tires----ordered rims (18x8.5 silver FRPP bullitts)....tires will be ordered in Jan since I'll be in CA until then
2. Roush front springs
3. Roush front struts
4. Slotted/Drilled rotors

...that's all.

Is there a difference in ride quality between the Steeds springs and the Roush springs?

I found the Roush springs to ride softer than the Steeda Sports but handle just as well. The Steeda Sports are a linear spring in the rear, the Roush are progressive. I found the bumps to be sharp in the rear with the Steeda's, not so with the Roush's. The spring rate in the front is the same, both being 30-35% stiffer than stock, I think the slightly more spring travel of the Roush fronts is where the differenc in feel comes from. If you want just a lowered vehicle with the same spring rates as stock then the go with the Steeda Ultralites. I did not use these because, in the convertible, they lower the rear too much for my liking. I'll try to post some pics before I put it away for the winter.

Looks great! I am 95% sure I'm going to pull the trigger on the front springs...and struts.....getting it all done! "Ouch!" said my wallet.
