Well I'll see how my ebay ones work. I avoided the Jegs one because of that amber insert. I got some other company's for about $40 shipped.
Some poeple never have problems with the ebay ones ... I just didn't want to deal with it. I've heard if you take them apart and run a bead of silcone around it to seal it off that helps too.
Ya thats what i plan on doing i've taken apart a couple headlights (not the mustang) to paint and re seal them i was thinking of just heating the seal and adding some clear silicone without taking it apart though b/c it not like anyone but me will be able to see it as long as it keeps the water out i'll be happy. Quick question i have a black gt/cs should i get the black clear corners or the chrome clear corners tell me what you think

Mine are from amazon.com but they have an amber insert.
So, if you can't deal with that, stay away from those.

All depends if you're going for a darker theme or a brighter one. I honestly like both. I have chrome door handles, upper and lower grills, polished wheels and billet fuel door. I just kept the bright theme alive with the clear corners.

I really don't think you can go wrong with either. Assuming a stock GT/CS with the 18" polished wheels, I'd go clear.

I went ahead and bought the ones from stangmods b/c some of the ones I found on ebay didnt look the same as others. So I was scared of getting some ghetto looking lights so I paid a little extra.

Would they look good on my MG? I've been debating it for awhile

Tint on your car? Plans for stripes? Rocker types? Anything else?

Definitely tinting my car dark in the next month or so. Stripes were a plan in the past, I'm thinking I might not want to do stripes now. I plan on getting some GT takeoff rocker panels in my color too soon. Also, a black billet grille for the front. But I'm wondering how good the clear corner lights would look on my color car...front and back?
