What do ya'll think about me running the black s-style from the last gen on my car? I have like a grey/black thing going and plan to do a 2-tone paint job with black on the top half of my car...and I have a rear blackout panel?

i've always been a fan of the s-style wheels..ever since i saw a 2002 saleen s281 white with white wheels and blue side stripes, now that was my dream, but i couldn't fit in any of the new-edge mustangs *tear*

i think a nice powdercoated set of black s-style will look real nice on your car! do it!!

My bestfriend has a 99 Saleen...so we might just have to put his wheels on my car for a sec and let me see how they look (chrome wheels...but oh well lol)

I'm glad I stumbled upon this thread. I have been wondering if new edge wheels would fit an s197, and it looks like I finally found my answer

btw, would a 17x8 new edge wheel fit almost flush with the outside of the fender well, just to the inside to be more specific: 30mm offset and 5.72 inch backspace (assuming I calculated right, it should)
