hood pins and clear corners
hey guys, haven't been posting in a while and havent really had the cash to buy any new parts for my car. Actually, I had to take my front window tint off AND put a front license plate on after i got a ticket from CHP about a month ago. sucks... I'm going to head down to san pedro for the bmc cruise and i wanted to add a couple of other things to the car to make up for the lost tint. I want to buy hood pins and clear corner lights. just wanted to see some pics of good hood pin kits and where you got them. Also for the clear corner lights. i have a black gt so if anyone had pictures on there black cars i would appreciate it. looking to make my orderright now. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks guys.[/align][/align]also, what other exterior mod would you guys suggest to add a little more to my car? From what I've seen, cops are pretty jerky in your area. They'll get you for anything. I should probably carry my front license plate in my car when I go down to LA on I-5...AND probably keep my passenger windows down

Here's a pic of my car with just a pair of generic hood pins. I personally think they look pretty good on the car and I've seen them on a few others as well. You can pick them up at Autozone (they don't carry the lanyards) or PepBoys (pins and lanyards.) They are stainless steel and they claim to never rust. Mine are still rust free. They are also available with the other style of pin (the pin wit the large ring over it, I forgot what they're called,) but they might only be available online. thanks for the pic... have any of a little higher and closer angle? I'm stuck between getting the clear corners or the "powered by Ford" emblems on that web site now.. Those hood pins you have, are they an appearance mod or do they actually go through the hood?

LOL *Knock on wood* I havent been stopped for my tint YET but, I dont think I would take it off if that does happen. Damn CHP LOL I know how they are in Bako, I'm from around there so yea but, some clear corners would be sweet!
