I just recieved my 2008 mustang gt .... it came with the interior upgrade package and the permeir trim package.
Which shifter was i suposed to get

- the full aluminum one
-or the one with the leather on the sides with the plastic on top

i got the second one and i think they gave me the wrong shifter
what should i do ?

Yes, I ordered mine (07) with the interior upgrade package, which came with the full metal one. They do owe you one, but a few words of advice: if you live in an area where it gets cold, make sure you have a plastic one for the winter. I had to buy a plastic one b/c there was no way I could keep my hand on the metal shifter when it was freezing outside.

My GT premium came with the Silver shifter ****... My V6 Delux came with the plastic/leather looking one.

Premier trim should look like this ... you should have the boot with the trim as well ... should also have GT500 pedals, stitched dash and console lid ..etc ..
