My check engine light came on so I hooked up my diablosport and it gave me these two codes:

P0153 O2 Circuit Slow Response (Bank 2, Sensor 1)

P1000 OBD System Readiness

I put loudmouths about 6 weeks ago, could this be why?

The P0153 code is most likely from your LT's. Especially if your forward O2 sensors are now located in the header bungs.
Can't help on the other code.

yea maybe, should i unhook my battery? wont that clear the code?

Description:
The heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) monitor checks the HO2S frequency and amplitude. If during testing the frequency and amplitude fall below a calibrated limit, the test fails.

Possible Causes:
. Contaminated HO2S
. Exhaust leaks
. Shorted/open wiring
. Incorrect fueling
. MAF sensor
. Deteriorating HO2S
. Inlet air leaks

P1000

Description:
The OBD monitors are carried out during the OBD drive cycle. P1000 is stored in
continuous memory if any of the OBD monitors do not carry out their full diagnostic check.

Possible Causes:
. The vehicle is new from the factory
. Battery or powertrain control module (PCM) had recently been disconnected
. An OBD monitor concern occurred before completion of an OBD drive cycle
. PCM DTCs have recently been cleared with a diagnostic tool
. Power take off (PTO) circuit concern or PTO is on during testing.

Yea p1000 will throw if the system hasn't had enough time to cycle all the diagnostics. Try unplugging your battery for 30 seconds, and hook everything back up. If you plug in right away you'll still get p1000, that's ok. If it's the other code still, it will come on within 30 minutes of driving the car. Hopefully it just needs to be reset or 02 sensor.

I have Dynatech headers and i have gotten code P0153 a cuple of times. Are you unable to clear it with your diablo?

nevermind, there is an option right under "show trouble codes" that says "clear trouble codes"
