Hey, so has anyone ever ordered one of the headrest wraps from Grand Design Mat? I already ordered mine, but it was late August and I haven't received it yet. I know the site says they are custom and take like 14 days or something and I believe they were closed at the beginning of September, but I was just wondering for those of you who have ordered one, how long did it take for you to receive?

First off the company is a great company and they are usually very fast. I would just give them a call or email them......very good customer service. So just call them and get the heads up and don't worry. Many times its just an oversite..... and usually it takes longer when the weather is nice and the orders are vast so things get backed up..... JMO

I ordered a couple things from there. You should call them up for sure and see. They make a good product!

Do me a favor and check their website.......what do you see on the first page? They are closed from Aug 27th to Sept 14th....I would bet since it is special order that you wont see it until the end of the month or early Oct....

Yeah I did see that, if it were 14 days, that would bring it to the 28th, but I believe it's BUSINESS days, which means a lot more time haha...oh well, the product looks to be worth it anyway.

Well they emailed me back today, he said they ship out Friday! I'm pretty excited. I got the black pleather with the silver GT to match the same color and design of my floormats and the fender badging.
