I figure it's easy to make power, but a lot harder to upgrade your interior. I can still see a lot of people getting the new car. For me personally, I'd probably still wait a year to see what engine options they come out with for next year.

I always wait a year anyway because then they can at least work out some of the bugs.

I think I like the current s197 both inside and out better. Particularly the interior (gauges, vents) and the rear (tail lights) exterior. With only a 15hp boost they really haven't given 05-09 s197 owners much of an incentive to "upgrade".

While the power boost is a disappointment look at the bright side(s). Our resale value holds up better now and when you get right down to only the SRT8 and maybe the Camaro SS are faster stock for stock. And it's still fairly close there.

it doesn't give me that WOW feeling. interior is nice thou. thought they would give it more h.p.!! i see they moved the tach to the right side. now it's out of the way of the left arm as it holds onto the top of the steering wheel while power shifting!! guess it is time to mod mine!!!

the seats and e-brake are nice....but other than that it hasnt really changed interior wise besides the steering wheel lol. And i prefer the s197 bodystyle anyways

Like I said in the News Section..
Some of it looks nice.. Like the cobra looking front end... The rear fender hip and the new hood.. But the euro tail lights, rice front bumper corner flares and not color matching in between the headlights and grill looks like crap..In fact I think the v6 version looks a lot better..
At the end of the day how many people are going to trade their 05-09 for one of these with the power being the same? Im guessing not many

Not bad, but I'm not gonna stick with my 07. I don't really like the grill but I do like how they added the lip under the 1/4 window. I wish they had put that on our cars.
