Default seem like a good price

I found some JBA headers online and it seems like a pretty fair price, but I would like some other input before I pull the trigger.

sorry the link isn't leading to the right page. It's a set of LT's for 498.00. Not coated, seem decent?

Price is ok...but i would spend more$$$ and get coated ones! if your gonna go thru the hassle and expense to do LTs you want them to look good for a long time. JMO

I agree, for the PITA it is to get them in there you really want to do the job right the first time and have them look good for the long run. If you were just getting shorties I would say go for the cheap ones as you can always take them off later to coat them w/o so much trouble.

Thanks for the advice. Is the coating just for aesthetics or mainly to prevent rusting. I don't mind spending the extra dough for the coated set, just didn't want to if I didn't have to.

I don't really see a big difference the LT's by manufacturer. What is so different between the KOOKS, JBA, ARH, Mac's......aren't they all pretty much the same?
