Why is everyone obsessed with the new 5.0

I guess i know the reason ''400 hp''. but is this gonna raise the price of the GT? personally i think if they start raising it to 36 or 40 grand the mustang will start to be out of reach for alot of potential buyers. I mean i do understnad the allure of the 400hp but cant you do that with the 4.6 now with ford racing parts ? personally I think a 6 speed transmsion is way overdue in the mustang ( though i love the feel of the 2010 manual transmision it just feels different) any ways i am open to everyones opinion. Just voiceing my veiws.
