Default Help, WHeels don't fit

So i bought 18x10" rims all the way around. The problem i am having is the front wheels sit too close to the rotor and the bearing cap on the wheel (black plastic piece that covers up the castle nut) is pushing the center cap out of the new wheels.

Cruizin Concepts says i need 1/4" spacer at most, but after measuring i need 1/2" spacer minumum.

After being out in the sun from 12-3 being on the phone (waiting) and scratching my head thinking about what to do i feel sick or sun stroke or something.

I will take some pictures in a few. I got FR500 18x10, chrome w/ 275s on all four corners.

The black dust cover (plastic piece cruizin concepts is calling a dust cover) that i would assume is what hides the castle nut sticks out through the center of the wheels. After some measuring the center cap for the new wheels is 1/2" away from fitting into the wheel. In other words the wheel would need to be spaced 1/2" out.

I can get the 1/2" spacer but i am worried it is too much. 1/4" i figured is too much.

Thanks for the help, i will take pictures soon.

so what i ended up doing was denting the dust cap. Wheel center caps fit, everything now seems to be fine.
