for some odd reason, when turning left, shifting (especially 1-2) becomes super clunky and rough, but when turning right, the shifting is super snick-snick and easy.

any thoughts? could it be motor, tranny mounts? this is something that has gotten progressively worse over the past year or so. mods in sig.

i've got the sam issue but it happens when turning both directions. i'm not getting the "roughness" but there is some noticable clunking. ive been told it could be a couple things; pinion angle due to me lowering the car and not correcting it, or the clunky 2-piece driveshaft, again, due to lowering the car.

it sounds more to me like an internal trans thing, but i will try the pinion angle thing first.

One of your motor mount is probablly bad.
A Che-brace would solve that, but you need to address that issue first...

i have had the same problem for a while now. also mostly when turning left at lower RPM's. but, i have steeda motor mounts already so i wouldnt think that one of those have gone bad. i have always figured it had something to do with lowering my car also, just never could put my finger on it.
