Default How much should I pay for this Mustang?

So I've asked a few times about pricing in other threads, but this one kind of boggles my mind.

The dealer is asking just shy of 25k for it. Kbb.com rates it as 25550 (value), and edmunds.com rates it at around 20k.

What do you guys think is a fair price for it? It's a 2007, black/black with 10k miles on it.

I love the car, but there's no way I'm paying anything close to 25k.

Do you guys think 20k OTD is reasonable? Even so, I've heard people say taht is STILL too much.

Just keep in mind that I'm in New York if that has anything to do with it.

Thanks guys.

One other question, this isn't a CS right? Just the GT appearance package?

Walk away. It's worth $18,500-19,500 at best. I just sold my 06 vert with 8400 miles for 18,750.

Sharp clean car from the pics, but price is wayyyyyyy to high. Don't forget its already 2 years old... I'd say its worth it for $19000.00....

Looks like a nice car, go back there talk to Jack Frost, Im sure you can work a deal close to $22000? You pay a premium at a dealer, privately it would probably go for $19500-$21000. Jack is a great guy, if a deal can be made he can do it. But remember it's still a dealer.

i bought my 06 with 8000 miles on it. PERFECT shape for 18,500. I would not pay that much for that car, yes its looks just as clean as mine did when i picked it up, but not for 23

I got my '08 brand new out the door for $28,600. So I would think $25k plus tax is not a good deal.
