Mine has been stuck at 199,881 since Saturday. Went to the track, made 2 passes getting back to the 12's. Went up to make a third pass when the starter waved me off saying the car was boiling over. Backed off to the side so they could clean up, popped the hood and thought it was a hose for the intercooler based upon where the spray pattern was and it looked to be the color of the intercooler coolant. (I run different color coolant so I can tell which is leaking if something happens).

Got it back to the pits, keyed the "on" and checked - intercooler pump was running and no spray ..... and with the sun in a different position I could see the coolant looked more orange. Started it up and definitely orange because the plastic thermostat housing split and was spraying everywhere.

Got the parts finally today and have it apart in the driveway. Will finish it up in the light tomorrow and put the supercharger back on. If the car was NA the repair would take 15 minutes, but the Xcharger covers one bolt unfortunately.

Not many repairs though for the mileage. Had to replace water pump at 150,000, the alternator at 189,872, front axle hubs/wheel bearings at 195,200 and the ball joints at 196,500,

A little update on my car. It now has 202,500 on it. After fixing the thermostat housing I took it back to the track and with 201,000+ miles on it ran 12's.

But time to retire this one. I have a 2013 on order and it should arrive mid-June. The 2006 with the Xcharger Xtreme is up for sale. I'm thinking turbo for the new car and see if I can get it into the 10's before needing to put a full cage in it - then I'll back it off so that all I need is the 6 point cage so I can still drive it on the street.

Jim, I think your new car may be quite a contender for the Buckeye Brawl VII next year. Bob's reign as V6 Top Dog may come to an end.
