Sell me on the one piece driveshaft please!
Question is will this get rid of the low rpm clunkidy clunk. I get that noise like when I'm pulling on my street at 20 or < mph and hitting the brake a little. Same thing putting around parking lots and gas stations. Not sure if its more the tranny itself or if its the driveshaft instigating it. From what i'm reading it's the 2pc driveshaft that's the culprit. There is only 17k on the car and my clutch is fine as well as I would assume the tranny to be. Yes I'm cammed but I have to be at 1k or lower for cam bucking to even be a possiblilty. I'm sold on the Shaftmasters quality and I'm all about the direct bolt in they have to offer now. Not to mention freeing up a little horsepower.
Thoughts? Thanks.

Our drivelines are clunky, period. An aluminum DS will reduce most of the clunkiness but not all. But you'll also feel that the car will seem to wind up a bit quicker. Word is it can knock a tenth off your times.

Sounds good so far. The only lowering my car has is the Roush rear springs and stock in the front. Do you think I will have to worry about the pinion angle swapping over to a one piece shaft? I really don't wanna have to fool with installing an adjustable control arm if I don't have to.

I would definitely do it all over in a heartbeat if I had too.

This is probably going to be my next mod too, but I keep going back and forth between a DS and LT headers...
Two of my friends have them (Spidershafts) and have had nothing but great things to say about them. I've driven one of the cars and it does rev up quicker than mine, but he's got 3.73s and I've got 3.31s so it's really an apples to apples comparison...
