Default New tires what should I get??

In the next month I will be buying some new tires for my Shelby Redlines. I have four 8.5'' X 20'' rims I currently had Pirelli Pzero 20x35x255 on right now and they are pretty bald now. I was thinking about running the
Nitto 555 20x35x265. Anyone had these tires before? Or is there something out there better? My budget is about 1k.

I had the Nitto 555's in the past and they were a good tire. You can either go with a 255/35/20 or a 265/35/20 at all 4 corners.

toyo proxes 4 are great tires. sticky on dry, very grippy on wet, and excellent wear characteristics. i've run them through 5 seasons in MA and wouldn't think of replacing them with anything else.

I've always been partial to KDW or KD (BFG)

Cool THANKS! A tire dealer near me said 699.00 for 4 265/35/20 Nitto 555 with mounting balancing and warranty and of course rotation for the life on the tire sounds like a deal.

Thanks for the feedback I'll call my tire dealer in town and see what he can do for me as far as pricing.
