Default Brenspeed's Custom Grind Camshaft (Code named the "Detroit Rocker")

Introducing the newest Brenspeed custom grind cam (code named the "Detroit Rocker" Cam), to be released in April 2010. This cam has been in secret development for months between Comp Cams and us and we are now 100% pleased with the result. These cams offer perfect drivability throughout the entire RPM band, have shown to pick up 30 hp gains, and have that classic detroit hot rod lope.

These cams will retail for less than $700.00. They are a NSR cam and do not require phaser limiters. These cams have less torque loss when compared to the other cams designed for lope (sound) with the added benefit of hp gains, which is never a bad thing. They are also cheaper than cams designed for lope.

Our N/A cam is done and being run at this moment so they are available in April.
We are currently developing a "Detroit Rocker" cam for FI applications. Watch our news sections for release dates.

I like the name!!! Anxious for shipments to start. Now I just have to decide if I'm installing or having them installed.

These are billet cams... right? Do they require shims like re-grinds?

That Mustang sounds awesome!
