It's hard to say, there's a lot of variables. Where it's coming from/where it's going/how it's shipped etc

But generally I don't think it would take too long

I drove a rental V6 2010 coupe/ auto and it had that new steering wheel with the cruise control up & down buttons on the wrong side!

I kept trying to adjust my speed on the CC and would end up changing the volume on the radio! I guess Ford didn't consider the fact that a lot of Mustangs are bought by repeat customers.

That is the one good thing about having the same style wheel on my new one, didn't have to learn anyhting new. Not to hijack the OP's thread or anyhting but, does anyone know why the wheel from a 05-09 won't fit on my 11? I would like to upgrade to a leather wrapped like I had.

You can put the 05-09 GT500 wheel in your 2010-11 if you can find one. Just swap the wiring harness from your stand 2010 wheel into the GT500 wheel then everything just plugs right in. I used my original airbag swapped right over. Oh and you don't have to replace the bolt just put a drop of lock-tit on it. Evidently single use means it is pre lock-tited not necessarily torque to yield.

Thanks for the info, I saw that wheel on the FRPP site and that is why I asked. I think I would like to use the center horn cover from my existing wheel though.
