Default Pics: Just Installed 2010 Cervini's C500 Hood on My 2010 Mustang

I've been waiting for this baby and now she's finally here. I started calling Cervini's when I first saw the 2010 design and they would never tell me for sure when this hood was coming out.

I have a buddy who recently became a distributor for them and he got the first 2010 Cervini's Hood in and installed it on my Mustang. I'm not sure if it's the FIRST one they've ever sent out, but that's what my buddy said. I do know that they're still not on Cervini's website yet for ordering.

Anyway, got it painted last night and installed it today and looks great (to me). My factory hood had the factory hood scoop installed and I didn't really like it because you could see the crease where it sat on top of the hood. No issues with that now!

My factory hood also had the flames painted on it so now they're gone, at least on the hood anyway. I figured I'd try it out as all white for a while before deciding whether or not to paint them back on. It kinda looks like they're coming from under the hood down the front and sides now.

Anyway, sorry for the book. Here are the pics!

You know, I think I saw that Saleen hood for half price somewhere, like 750 bucks or something.

I think it's awesome that the aftermarket stuff is finally started to come out for the 2010's. I've been waiting FOREVER to get a new hood.

Nice Hood! When compared to the stock hood it's bleeping awesome. JMO, I think it looks a little incomplete without the flames.

Thanks man! I may end up tying the flames back in eventually. Like I said, I'll try it without to see how I end up liking it this way.
