Default how bad is it....

ok, besides the aparent responses like all the "wow your stupid!" I already know how stupid it was and how much of a dumb a*s move it was....

I was reinstalling my wheels after getting them fixed (only 50 bucks) I lowered my car and took it out. I went out side of my neighborhood and down the street... all in all less then 2 min on the road to notice a slight shimmy. I realize that i didnt tighten down my driverside front wheel! Luckly i had all my tools on me so i tightened her down right there... but do you guys think i screwed up anything... there was no apparent signs of a problem after that... but do you think i warped a rotor, suspension, rim?

I doubt you did any damage. Warped rotors are usually from not tightening the lugnuts in a star pattern. I don't see any reason the wheel or suspension would be damaged. Chalk it up as a lesson learned.

been there and done that before.

pull the rim off and check your lugnuts. if they are galled or otherwise damaged, replace them.

if nothing, chalk it off as lucky and move along. losing a tire while rolling sucks big time

I'd also check the mounting holes in the wheels to see if they are still round.

Ya the lugs went back on no prob so no galling on them. Loosing a wheel would kill my car
