Default The Best Mod Ever. A rattle free ride!!!

So after about a two year off and on battle.....I finally conquered my rattling mustang!! Let me tell you, there is no mod that I've done to my car that has increased my enjoyment of driving like this. I had multiple noises and rattles that bugged me, but I had no idea how much it drove me crazy until they were gone. Below are the culprits that are now extinguished. Let me know if anyone would like me to elaborate on the fix that worked on any particular noise.

- Rattling Hurst (this was a battle)!
- Rattling B&M shifter
- Noisy A-Pillar to dash section
- Squealing front brakes
- Rattling E-brake
- Terrible rattle from trunk (rear liner)
- Rattle on startup from under the car (tranny inspection cover)
- Multiple noises that were cured by getting rid of off-road H-pipe and reinstalling the stock H

Now that all of these are done....I'm loving my stang again!! (at least until the next noise pops up!)

I dealt with rattles for quite a while after my mod installs.
They are a BITCH to find and work out and it bothers the hell outta ya.

Glad you got it all fixed!

All rattles solved by getting a 2010. This is the tightest, most rattle free Mustang ever!

I have fixed all of the rattles/odd noises in my stang (used car) except for 2. The drivers and passenger side front seats both squeak when I go around a turn/over a bump/accelerate hard. It's definatly the springs or something else in the seat, nothing I can fix easily. Any ideas?

True, true...
As long as you can control it, even a little scream is OK in my book.

Rattles blow hard. I once had some catless mids welded in my truck and the idiot welder had managed to get a piece of cut metal into the pipe. It rattled in the muffler for months before I couldnt take it anymore and went back to his shop and demanded he cut that bitch open and figure it out. It was a huge golf ball sized chunk of metal......idiot.
