I had 3.73 gears in my 2008. I'm thinking about putting them in my 2011 but the gas milage isn't as good as the 2008 was and gas prices are going to skyrocket again. If the gears have a big impact on the MPG's I might have to leave it as is.

I got around 13 mpg with mine in the summer but I drive her like she wants to be driven all the time. Toy's are meant to be played with right?
I'm not sure if the computer is set for imperial or US gallons.
To put things into perspective my computer says i have 22:40 on the motor and 2413 km's on the odo. The speed limit in my city is 50km/h and I only went out on the highway maybe 5 or 6 times since i had the car for brief drives. You do the math....

Is the on-board MPG computation more accurate on the 11's than they typically were on the '05-'10s? The later were TYPICALLY off by around 1.5-2.0 MPG to the conservative (high) side so hand calculations were required to get actual fuel economy. Yeah, I know: there are a few 05-10 owners that have more accurate on-boards but those are more the exception than the rule.

I filled my tires with nitrogen instead of just air and I get almost 30 on the highway and about 18+ city based on what type of lead shoes I wear... haha I also use Premium 93 octane fuel. If you use regular 87 octane fuel you will get worse mpg

I average about 19mpg. When on the highway, it's 50% traffic..50% at 70-80 mph. About 20% of my total driving is in the city. I don't baby the car.. and.. interestingly.. I also averaged about 19mpg with my 07 4.0
Funny how my 210 hp V6 (Bama 93 Race Tune) and my stock 412 hp V8 get the same gas milage..

We have 4.10s in our Auto 2011 GT and we get 27MPG. We got 26.8MPG on our way down to Cecil County Dragway, and ran mid-11's with bolt-ons and high 10's with a baby shot of nitrous:

It depends how you drive it though. I can get high 20s (almost 30) if I baby it getting on the highway..and keep in 6th gear once I'm cruising.
