I have the JLT. Got it for Christmas. If you can unplug a hose then you can handle this job. 30 seconds. The hose on the JLT is a lot shorter than that UPR setup. Havent used it yet, just got it for Christmas. Looks great under the hood though! Nice unit.

I have been watching these threads for a while now and am thinking of installing one myself. Only have one question, do you have to install two of these? (Driver & Passenger cam covers) Seems like if you install only one you are doing only half the job? If you install one on the driver's side only isn't there still oil being sucked in thru the throttle body from the passenger side came cover?

i think it was JTL's site that said most of the oil will come out of the side with the breather, or the right on 05 to 10 cars IIRC. they did say you coudl put one on each side i thnnk i read only 20% of the oil will come from that side.

It was very easy once you determine where you want to mount it. I had an L-bracket made to reinforce the mounting hole on top of the firewall. Other than that, it was easy.

BTW, I did go and buy marine fuel hoses to replace the wimpy heater hose that came with the kit. I am happy with the install...

I found the catch can with the OEM factory type hoses with connectors. It is made by JLT. $119. Best one I've seen.

I bought my catch can a few months ago before JLT came out with theirs. The size of the JLT catch can is much smaller than the UPR one, so I decided to stay with the UPR catch can.

My install thread, super easy...I picked Moroso, they've been in this business for a while and I don't need some inferior material being sucked into the engine. This can has to operate in a very hostile environment.

Here is what came out of my catch can after 300 miles(one week)...

I am shocked at how much the catch can collected! Definitely a needed mod IMO!
