Default orange with black stripes 2006 GT

i just purchased this car via internet and am accepting delivery in the morning. i cannot find this color code on any production list. it looks like the geiger paint job but its not a GT520 its a stock 4.6 3v with a 5speed
anyone have any info for me it looks like factory paint. was this a special option in 06 or something?

That is definitely an aftermarket color. Ford didn't have any orange color until 2007, when they came out with Grabber orange... which is much lighter and is not metallic.

Looks like the GM orange they have.
They use that color on vette's and caddy's that I have seen.

That is a nice color. Much better than grabber orange and tons better than sunset gold. Looks to be a happy medium between those 2 colors.

This is what Ford shouldv'e made that grabber organge color with instead that nasty crap they actually came out with for that color. That is a very nice color.

Whaaat I love the Grabber Orange. It's unique and definitely stands out of the drab of most cars on the road
