My buddy wants to buy it from a dealer, what is reasonable price?

Of course input from here would be helpful, but I´d start from here (kelly blue book), giving a good input of it´s condition with mileage then go down from there.

For my area this is what I got for that with standard options and premium wheels selected for an 06´ GT:
Excellent $16,425
Good $15,475
Fair $14,025

or, they want to sell him a 2010 V6, with 22k miles for $17k out the door!
