Well lets start here, do you ever plan on going with a supercharger? If you do, I would just hold off and save for the blower. If you dont, there are a few things you can do. We have the same car so you can check my sig for the mods I have done. Also what kind of gears do you have ? After I got my 4.10s installed the car turned into a complete beast off the line. Longtubes I also noticed gave a nice boost but if you are not installing them yourself $1500 isnt enough.

Aluminum Driveshaft? That's around $500 so you'd have $$ to spare

Since you have 3.73s there is no need to consider gears. If you are doing it yourself, I would go with pypes longtubes and offroad x pipe & a set of steeda under drive pulleys. I have that on mine, and the car responded well to all of it. The car pulls alot harder than it did stock, and I smoked a 2011 335i the other night without breaking a sweat

Pypes longtubes & xpipe -- $679
Steeda UDP -- $220 +/-
