First off I' m glad you are safe and you made it back.
1 the dealer should be standing up for you and Ford well lets say I'm shocked
as they know Mustang owners talk. Since they don't want to act use the address above as PA does not take this sh%t from anyone and they have resolved over 45,000 cases. I would say if this is a bone stock 2011 you have a case. You need to write down all the dates when who and so forth.

I didn't want to go overboard and post pictures of the car, because I am or was a FORD lover from birth. I had to. I haven't gotten a response in over 3 months for what went on with my car. Geico said it is a warranty issue with Ford. Ford is taking their sweet *** time. Go figure! They won't even talk to me, Ford Counsel that is. I have no idea of when the car will be fixed or... I don't want this back after spending 42,000 bucks on it.... I want my money back!!! I am still without a car, you would think that Ford would at least have some customer service and supply me with a rental or something. Nothing at all, and it sucks I served overseas and this was all of my money I saved from Iraq. This is BS!
Glad to hear you’re ok and sorry about the situation you’re in now. Could you please message me your VIN, mileage, contact info, and dealer so I can review your case?
