Default 30K Maintenance?

So what did you guys have done at 30k miles? My dealer has a whole list of items they recommend at 30k, some of which I don't see the point in.

Oil change - Just did it
Tire rotation - Just got new tires
Coolant flush - Did it at 20k
Transmission flush - Thought this was done at like 80k?
Throttle body cleaning - Ok?
Injector cleaning - Just got new injectors with the X
Cabin air filter - Need!
Fuel filter - Really need!

Oil change - Just did it Done, and I hope you did it yourself
Tire rotation - Just got new tires Done
Coolant flush - Did it at 20k Done but way too early. 60K or later is more like it
Transmission flush - Thought this was done at like 80k? 60k - 80k, IF you're going to be ****
Throttle body cleaning - Ok? Yes, but this is another DIY using the approriate can of cleaner from any auto parts store and a clean rag
Injector cleaning - Just got new injectors with the X Add Techron to a tank of gas at each oil change or 10k miles, whichever comes first and you won't NEED any other injector service
Cabin air filter - Need! Another crock of crap that is a DIY. Lord forbid that we breathe outside air unfiltered. Good heavens...
Fuel filter - Really need! Yes, but another DIY
I can't believe that people fall for the dealer "list". I'm glad you didn't include the recommended muffler bearing replacement...

Thanks for the quick response, Nuke! I guess I will buy the filters and try to do it myself. And yeah, the dealer list is ridiculous.

Ya dude do those things your self. There is even a nice write up for the fuel filter.

Nick, if you wanna swap the fuel filter out when you come to do the springs it will take like 5 minutes, aswell as the cabin filter!

Off the top of my head, I believe our computer systems at work show:
-Every 6k (now 7.5k) miles: tire rotation
-15k: rear diff.(used to show 30k, but that is if you never had stop and go traffic)
-36k: fuel system cleaning (not Ford in this case, but VIOC's)
-60k: transmission flush
-100k: coolant flush
-Every ~3 years: A/C service

But like I said, those are all off the top of my head. Those tend to be typical Ford numbers though.

Ok, did the fuel filter, cabin air filter, and cleaned the throttle body today, all of which were very dirty. Just hoping all this helps. Still trying to get dyno tuned soon.
