Which driveshaft to buy?

PST
Not the cheapest but the least likely to have vibration problems which is so common with all the other designs. The double universal joint requires precise alignment and if the splines loosen up you'll have vibration. Neither of those things are an issue with the PST for the Mustang. No splines used and only one universal joint the other end has a CV joint which eliminates both problems.

I can tell you that you can feel the lash in the rear end something you could not feel when the shaft weighed 40 pounds plus. All rear ends have it just jack up one wheel and turn it back and forth with your hands you can feel it, a space where the gears don't touch. The wheel goes from turning stiff to easy when you change directions and back to stiff again that's the lash. When you back up really slow on a incline it can make some clunking noise once underway it stops completely.
Ford does use a CV joint to adjust the length of their stock shaft same as PST and DSS does.

That is what I have. It is rated to 900hp so no worries about that. Some of them are only rated to 600 or so. I am planning on putting on the eforce stage 1 from brenspeed which is rated at 560 bhp so I didn't want to chance it.
It is super easy to install, and I have no vibration problems.
