Default Rims under $100 a piece?

Just trying to find some cheap rims that will fit my mustang, but still look good!

Any sites out there with some low priced stuff, but new?

Yes,
I've tried Craigslist and such.

I would keep searching local like craigslist as mentioned. Or even check eBay, I got all 4 of my wheels for around $500.

New rims for less than $100 apiece = old stock/blemished/scratch and dent stuff.

Gonna have to go a bit higher if you want something of current styling.

The shipping charges from New Take Off are way too much IMO.
