We are now shipping our super popular B302 internal parts so you do it yourselfers can build your built 302 this winter while your Mustang is in storage. You are getting the exact same parts we put inside our B302 3V stroker engine! We made two packages available. The stage 1 is your parts you would typically find in a rotating assembly package. Stage 2 includes a few more items you will need like our laser cut windage tray, FRPP oil pump, and oil pan gasket.

Brenspeed Stage 1& 2 B302 Rotating Assembly
Build Your Own B302 4.6L Stroker Engine!
This 3V stroker kit includes the same components we use in our Brenspeed B302 High Performance Engines! We understand that a lot of people like to build their own engines so we have assembled a variation of rotating assemblies to make your engine build more enjoyable. Our kits are 9.8:1 compression and are perfect for your daily driver or weekend warrior. These assemblies can be found in a number of Mustangs racing in the NMRA, NMCA, and drag strips all over the world. Customers outside the United States please contact us for a shipping quote.
This Kit Includes:
Kellogg 3.800 Stroke Steel Crankshaft
Kellogg crankshafts are made in the USA and machined in Jackson, Michigan. They feature oil holes that intersect shallow oil hole pockets in the main bearings to help maximize bearing surface on the mains and improve oil flow to the rods. Fillet rolled to increase strength & OD induction hardened to provide maximum wear resistance. Two step polishing process for the rod and main journal surfaces. Beware of imported crankshafts that offer a low price but are not made in the USA! Kellogg crankshafts has been family owned and operated since 1956!
Manley 4.6L Stroker Connecting Rods & ARP Rod Bolts
Manley manufacturers these connecting rods from 4340 forgings. They are Heat treated, stress relieved, shot peened, and 100% magnafluxed. The rods arrive to you with ARP rod bolts already installed.
CP Pistons & Ring Set
CP designed our B302 pistons with 5 things in mind. Tighter clearances, less noise, better ring seal, more power, and more durability that other brand pistons on the market. The forgings were designed using advanced 3D modeling which allows CP to check thicknesses and weights before machining enabling them to produce the strongest yet lightest piston possible. Once designed they are machined on a 5-axis CNC machine while computerized electronic inspection equipment confirms they are manufactured to the tightest tolerances in the industry. We opted to provide you with .010” over pistons (machining instructions included). Higher mile engines typically need a .010” boring process and the strength of the block is not sacrificed as when you machine it .030”.
Complete Clevite Rod Bearing Set
Our B302 Rotating assemblies feature the Clevite 77 TriArmor rod bearings. These bearings feature a sophisticated blend of materials that offer extraordinary protection and lubricity. The enhanced wear characteristic of TriArmor bearings increase bearing life in race and high performance street engines. Combine that with Clevite TriMetal technology and you have a bearing that has great protection during start up, reduced friction and drag, ability to withstand extreme temperature and pressure, and extraordinary strength and durability.
Complete Federal Mogul Speed Pro Main Bearing Set
Our Speed Pro Main Bearing kit uses materials and alloys engineered for the demanding applications your B302 may be put through. Speed Pro has tailored their bearings to withstand punishing racing conditions. They are proven winners in NHRA, NMCA, NMRA, Nascar, and IHRA.

Can I run this assembly even if I don’t have a power adder? Yes! If you are still saving for your power adder you can run this assembly in every day driving applications naturally aspirated without a supercharger or turbo.

cool, do you have a termination date? also what are kinda gains will i see going to a 5.0 rather then just forged 4.6? this is for a v3 with an air to air, detroit rockers and probably around 14-16 lbs of boost. thanks for any answers and you guys are great. keep up the good work.

The termination date is the end of this month. You are going to see around 10 more HP and around 10 more ftlbs of tq with the added displacement over the standard 281/4.6 . This rotating assembly would handle your goals with ease. We've got one of our custom cars up to 670rwhp with a similar setup to your (YSI head unit though).
