2011 GT, 12,550 miles, and I've had 0 issues at all. The brakes squeak as they do on all Fords until the rust gets removed from the rotors but that's usual. At the beginning my passenger side door was harder to shut than the driver side but it's worn in now and doing fine.
I'm happy that nothing has gone wrong thus far.

I have a 2012 V6 Premium manual trans with 8,000 miles. The trans is a little notchy when it's cold, shifts like butter after a few minutes of driving.Well in the normal range. The car is awesome, no problems at all, much better than my '89 and 2000, which I bought new as well. Both had problems that were fixed under warranty, but I had to fight with the dealers both times.
Sync sucks on mine, It works pretty well when the car is off and not moving, but when I'm driving the ambient noise drowns out all voice commands and if I'm on the phone using sync, people can not hear me unless I'm stopped. I actually tried to get the Premium without it, or the base model with the Premium stuff as options, but it was not available. Blue tooth seems pretty simple, I have a $50.00 blue tooth headset that works better than the $1,500.00 Sync system. If sync was integrated into any important function in the car, I would not have bought the car. I am not a microsoft fan, I have very low expectations for anything microsoft makes. I have not contacted the Ford Dealer, I have no expectations that they can fix a microsoft problem, they'll probably say "close all of the windows and restart the system"

2012 GT Auto. 4600 miles. So far, no issues whatsoever. Drives like a dream. Sync is okay, but its annoying when you say something and it's like "what??" after 2 or 3 times. No mods except roush axle backs that just sound badass.
